Schedule D — Rest of World

Supplemental terms for users outside US, EEA/UK, and California.

This schedule supplements the Terms of Service. Where there is a conflict, this schedule controls for users in jurisdictions not covered by other schedules.

This Schedule D applies to users located in jurisdictions not covered by Schedules A, B, or C. If there is any conflict between this Schedule D and the Terms of Service, this Schedule D controls.

1. Mandatory Local Law

Nothing in the Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable local law.

2. Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction may hear disputes where arbitration is not enforceable.

3. Liability

Limitations and exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
