Schedule A — United States

United States supplemental terms.

This schedule supplements the Terms of Service. Where there is a conflict, this schedule controls for U.S. users.

This Schedule A applies to users located in the United States. If there is any conflict between this Schedule A and the Terms of Service, this Schedule A controls for U.S. users.

1. Arbitration Applicability

Except for disputes that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law and small-claims matters, disputes between you and Mor are subject to binding arbitration as described in Section 20 of the Terms of Service.

2. Class and Representative Actions

To the extent permitted by law, disputes subject to arbitration must be brought on an individual basis. Class, collective, representative, or consolidated actions are not permitted where arbitration applies.

3. Federal Arbitration Act

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provisions for U.S. users.

4. Remedies and Consumer Protections

Nothing in the Terms limits remedies or rights available under U.S. federal or state law that cannot be waived.
