1. Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court.

If any portion of the arbitration agreement is unenforceable, that portion shall be severed without affecting the remainder.

This Addendum survives termination of the Terms.
