The terms governing your use of Mor.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mor mobile application, website, and related products, features, content, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Mor Labs, Inc. ("Mor," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
If Mor publishes jurisdiction-specific supplemental terms, schedules, addenda, or arbitration terms for certain locations or users, those supplemental terms apply in addition to these Terms to the extent stated in them.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization or entity to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization or entity.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
"Service" means the Mor application, website, and all related features, functionality, and services we make available.
"User Content" means any prompts, messages, submissions, inputs, feedback, uploads, profile information, account information, saved items, or other content or materials you submit, upload, input, transmit, or otherwise provide through the Service.
"AI Content" means summaries, explanations, analyses, responses, rankings, groupings, insights, or other outputs generated, assisted, or shaped by automated, algorithmic, or artificial-intelligence-based systems used in or by the Service.
"Third-Party Content" means information, media, materials, data, or content originating from persons or entities other than Mor.
"Paid Features" means any features, subscriptions, upgrades, or other portions of the Service made available for a fee, if introduced in the future.
3. Nature of the Service
Mor provides tools that help users discover, access, organize, rank, group, summarize, understand, and interact with information.
The Service may use automated systems to select, filter, cluster, rank, order, personalize, summarize, or otherwise present information. Content, ordering, summaries, explanations, and other outputs may vary between users and over time.
The Service may include, combine, or present:
- Third-Party Content or references to it;
- algorithmic, editorial, or personalized organization and presentation; and
- AI Content generated from available inputs, source material, system instructions, or user interactions.
Differences in ranking, summarization, grouping, personalization, or presentation do not imply endorsement, completeness, neutrality, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Mor does not guarantee that any content or output made available through the Service is accurate, complete, current, reliable, available, or appropriate for your needs.
To the extent the Service references, links to, summarizes, transforms, or presents Third-Party Content, responsibility for the underlying source content remains with the original source, not Mor.
4. AI Content, Third-Party Content, and No Professional Advice
The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
Mor does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, mental health, or other professional advice, and the Service is not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.
AI Content may contain errors, omissions, simplifications, outdated information, incorrect associations, or incorrect inferences. Third-Party Content may also be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, misleading, withdrawn, or later corrected by its original source.
You should exercise independent judgment and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on content or outputs from the Service.
5. No Reliance
You acknowledge and agree that you will not rely on the Service, AI Content, or any other content made available through the Service as the sole basis for any decision or action.
Nothing made available through the Service constitutes a guarantee, promise, prediction, recommendation, or representation regarding future events, outcomes, prices, legality, safety, or suitability.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the information you receive through the Service and for any decisions, actions, or omissions based on that information.
6. Accounts and Security
You may need to create an account to access some features of the Service.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials and for activity occurring under your account to the extent resulting from your acts, omissions, or failure to safeguard your credentials.
You agree to notify Mor promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account, credentials, or the Service.
Mor may take steps we reasonably consider necessary to protect users, accounts, the Service, or third parties, including requiring additional verification, restricting access, suspending features, resetting credentials, or disabling accounts in whole or in part.
7. Account Closure and Deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time.
If you have an account, you may request or initiate deletion of your account through account settings or another in-product deletion method Mor makes available, subject to applicable law.
Deleting your account may result in deletion of or loss of access to your profile, settings, saved items, history, submissions, and other account-related information associated with the Service.
Mor may retain certain information after account deletion where reasonably necessary or permitted for legitimate business or legal purposes, including security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, recordkeeping, backup retention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, and compliance with applicable law.
Additional information about deletion, retention, and related data practices may be described in the Privacy Policy or in-product account controls.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable privacy, consumer-protection, or other mandatory law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to assist or permit others to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the rights of Mor or any third party;
- interfere with, disrupt, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or its security;
- circumvent, disable, defeat, or bypass access controls, protective measures, rate limits, or technical restrictions;
- access, extract, scrape, crawl, reproduce, harvest, benchmark, collect, or index content, outputs, or data from the Service through automated means or at high volume without Mor's prior written permission;
- access non-public areas of the Service, systems, infrastructure, or data;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as expressly authorized by Mor;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or underlying components of the Service, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law;
- impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent affiliation, or use the Service in a deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading manner;
- use the Service to build, train, improve, or validate competing datasets, models, systems, or services through unauthorized extraction or systematic collection; or
- upload, submit, or transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited material.
Ordinary human use of the Service through the publicly provided interface is permitted. Good-faith research that does not involve circumvention, security abuse, or unauthorized high-volume extraction is not prohibited by this section.
9. User Content and Limited License
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant in these Terms.
You grant Mor a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, transmit, display, and otherwise use your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, secure, maintain, personalize, improve, and support the Service, to enforce these Terms and related policies, and to comply with applicable law.
This license ends when your User Content is deleted from the Service, except to the extent the content has been de-identified, aggregated, retained in limited backup systems, or retained as reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, audit, or recordkeeping purposes.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide your User Content and to grant the license above.
Mor does not use User Content to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models. Mor does not currently use User Content to train or fine-tune machine-learning models. Mor may use de-identified and aggregated information to improve the quality, safety, reliability, and performance of the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding the Service, you grant Mor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback to operate, maintain, improve, and support the Service, without compensation or obligation to you.
11. Availability, Changes to the Service, and Usage Limits
Mor may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of the Service at any time.
Mor does not guarantee the continued availability of any feature, interface, content, account history, or historical access.
Certain features may be subject to technical limits, rate limits, access restrictions, feature gating, or other usage limits, which may change from time to time.
We may also make changes to the Service to improve safety, quality, reliability, compliance, security, or user experience.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice by appropriate means, such as through the Service, on the website, by email, or by updating the date above, as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law, changes become effective when posted or on any later effective date stated in the updated Terms.
Your continued access to or use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
13. Platform Terms and App Store Distribution
If you download, access, or use the Service through a third-party platform, marketplace, device provider, or app store, your use may also be subject to that third party's applicable terms, policies, and rules.
Those third-party terms govern your relationship with the relevant third party and its platform services. These Terms govern your relationship with Mor regarding the Service, except to the extent applicable law or binding platform rules provide otherwise.
As between you and Mor, Mor is responsible for the Service, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
If Mor introduces Paid Features in the future, purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may also be subject to applicable platform rules and platform purchasing requirements where relevant.
14. Intellectual Property, Copyright, and DMCA
The Service, including its design, arrangement, software, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other elements, is owned by Mor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership or other rights in the Service or Mor's intellectual property.
Mor respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement in accordance with applicable law and Mor's Copyright and DMCA Policy.
Information about submitting copyright notices or counter-notices is available in the Copyright and DMCA Policy or through Mor's designated copyright contact, where provided.
15. Paid Features
Mor does not currently offer paid features, subscriptions, or paid digital purchases through the Service.
If Mor introduces Paid Features in the future, additional terms, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and platform-specific terms may apply and will be presented to you at or before the time of purchase, activation, or upgrade.
Nothing in this section obligates Mor to offer any Paid Features.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Mor may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to some or all of the Service, with or without notice, to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- enforce these Terms or related policies;
- prevent abuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, or misuse;
- protect the security, integrity, availability, or reliability of the Service;
- comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; or
- reduce risk or harm to Mor, users, third parties, or the public.
Where appropriate and practicable, Mor may investigate suspected misuse before taking action, but Mor is not required to do so.
Upon suspension or termination, some or all access to the Service, your account, or associated content may be restricted or unavailable, except to the extent required by applicable law.
17. Government Requests and Legal Compliance
Mor may preserve, use, or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, lawful governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, property, users, third parties, or the Service.

18. Export Controls and Sanctions
You may not use the Service in violation of applicable export-control, trade, or sanctions laws.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive restrictions prohibiting your use of the Service, and that you are not subject to applicable restricted-party prohibitions.
You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your use of the Service.
19. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
- your User Content;
- your misuse of the Service;
- your violation of these Terms; or
- your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim arises from Mor's own gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited by law.
20. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Mor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Mor does not warrant that the Service will be secure, continuously available, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Mor and its affiliates arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to Mor, if any, for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
22. Governing Law and Venue
Except as required by mandatory local law or as otherwise provided in any applicable jurisdiction-specific supplemental terms, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Where arbitration does not apply or is unenforceable, and except where mandatory local law provides otherwise, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Mor consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
23. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you and Mor agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by providing written notice and allowing 30 days for good-faith discussion, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or urgent equitable relief is sought.
Except where prohibited by law or otherwise stated in any applicable jurisdiction-specific supplemental terms, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under applicable consumer arbitration rules.
This section does not prevent either party from:
- bringing an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible;
- seeking temporary, preliminary, or injunctive relief where necessary; or
- pursuing claims that cannot lawfully be required to be arbitrated.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private-attorney-general proceeding.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after first agreeing to these Terms or, if later, within 30 days after first creating an account, by submitting a clear written opt-out request through the account or legal-notice mechanism Mor makes available. If no such mechanism is available, you may opt out using the legal contact details listed below.
If any portion of this arbitration section is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law, except that if the class-action waiver is unenforceable and applicable law does not permit enforcement of the remainder on an individual basis, then this arbitration section shall be unenforceable to that extent.
24. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms waives, limits, or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, limited, or excluded under applicable consumer-protection, privacy, or other mandatory law.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law, that law controls to the extent of the conflict, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect.
25. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without Mor's prior written consent, except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Mor may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, reorganization, or by operation of law.
26. Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
The word "including" means "including without limitation."
Any ambiguities in these Terms will not be construed against either party solely by reason of authorship.
27. Survival
The following sections survive termination to the extent applicable: Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable supplemental terms validly presented for specific jurisdictions or features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mor regarding the Service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
